Return & Exchanges:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, but we understand that accidents can happen. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Please note that these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a faulty or damaged print from us, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please take a photo of the damage, refuse delivery if the packaging or item is significantly damaged, and contact us immediately.

For damages noticed after delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your print at info@jetgirlart.com. We will assist you accordingly and cover the return shipping costs if necessary.

Misrepresentation or Dissatisfaction: If your print does not match the product portrayed on our website, please contact us at info@jetgirlart.com. We will investigate the issue and prioritize a reprint or exchange for you, free of charge.

Cancellations and Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or make changes to it, including print selection and size. However, if your order has not been dispatched yet, we can update your shipping address upon request. Please contact us at info@jetgirlart.com for assistance.

Change of Mind:  all our products of art are made to order and can't be retuned until there is manufacturing defect and damage in shipping.

Return Eligibility: The returned print must be in "as new" condition and include all original packaging. We recommend using a secure delivery method with a signature requirement and insurance. If a returned product is not in "as new" condition, we reserve the right to return it to you instead of issuing an exchange.

Our Change of Mind returns policy allows one cycle of return and exchange per order. Prints created to custom requirements, including different sizes or color modifications, are excluded from our Change of Mind returns policy.
